The atmosphere was amazing with everyone loving the great music, food and activities. Unfortunately, due to dangerous weather conditions, the Festival was cut short by festival organisers. At 8.20pm during James Reyne's set, a severe storm hit the Mornington Penninsula, with gail force winds causing havoc to temporary structures, tents, the Ferris wheel and kids' jumping castles. Due to safety concerns for festival attendees and everyone involved, Reyne’s set was cut short and the Wagons set cancelled.
Thankfully there were no injuries, and organisers would like to praise the quick responses of staff, stall holders, band members and crew.
